It's one of the greatest boxing underdog movies that evwr made. You have (Raging Bull) with Robert De Niro and then (Rocky) with Sly. The greatest workout soundtrack by the Survivor - Eye of the TIGER and Gonna fly now by Bill Conti. The movies will look old and cringy but live was different back then, it has that charisma and charm of the old movies. I totally recommend it.

I on;y ever watched the first few. If you like stories about triumphant underdogs those are very good. When the first Rocky film came out it seemed to come out of nowhere and surprised literally everyone. At that time the best known name in that cast would probably have been Burgess Meredith because of the Batman TV series. Definitely give the first Rocky moie a try...

I never really tried to get into rocky but i saw Rocky IV about Creed and that had me like, yep I must watch Creed 1/2 (about his son). I love Creed 1 by the way. I prefer Sylvester in Cliffhanger, Daylight, and Escape Plan

The first three were very good then there was a drop off in a couple more of them except for the one where he has the scene in the alley with his son and explains how life works. In my opinion, one of the more powerful speeches I've seen in a movie and should be required viewing for anyone who is ready to give up or even for young people in general.

Up to V. The first 4 were so fucking good that debates still happen upon which was the greatest! I'm going III. The loss to Clubber and losing Mick was "rock" bottom. The battle of emotions was displayed phenomenally training with Creed and finally crushing his demons with the support of Adrian. Check em out.

Yes they're are and great classics if you love boxing movies. Creed III (which is a sequel to the Rocky films) will be releasing sometimes this year. I would recommend you watch the Rocky films first before watching the new one.

they are the best. Only reason people started hating on them now is because everyone else does. Just like they now crap on Titanic, Twilight, Avatar, Fast and Furious, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and everything else that was once loved by people. :D But they still love them in secret. Just not in front of their friends or on internet chat forums. lol

The original was outstanding. By the time he went to fight Dolph Lundgren it was getting silly but Creed and Creed 2 fixed that.
