Yeah, there's some older people who are still obsessed with the movie "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" I actually saw it in the movie theatre when I was a kid in 1986. I think I rewatched some of it one day on TV recently and I was bored, lol. It was a big deal for it's time, but pretty tame by today's standards, same with Fast Times at Ridgemnt High.
Other movies from the 80's, early 90's like Some Kind of Wonderful and Pump Up the Volume are actually better than I remembered.

I just watched Burt Reynolds' Cannonball Run. Like Blazing Saddles, nobody was censored or offended about anything. Someone who called Sammy Davis Jr., who was wearing a Priest's wardrobe "The Chocolate Monk" and nobody headed for safe spaces or pissed their pants. I miss good movies. Modern Woke movies disappoint me. They couldn't even make Cannonball Run or Blazing Saddles today.
Yea a lot are not that great the second time around but Harry Potter was somehow even better lol! Twilight is unbearable now
Lmao yeah i can say this has happened before
