That game was/is AWESOME! I haven't played it in several years, but I desperately loved it when I did. One of the very few games I played and understood and enjoyed. Thanks to this question I may restart.

I use to play it when I was a kid. I think I still have an old copy of SimCity 2000 for SEGA Saturn sitting around somewhere. I also have have SimCity 4 on Steam and Cities Skylines.
