Have you ever given a "random act of kindness"?

I did all Valentine's day because I was tired of seeing posts of people being sad because it was a "couple's" day only. I gave out roses, sat and chatted with people, gave out hugs, kisses, etc. It was fun!

Those are some of the things that make life worth living. Giving your umbrella to an elderly couple who did not realize it would rain. Dropping quarters into parking meters before they expire. Pressing the crosswalk signal from a side road so that the loan car waiting there can make the turn a minute or two quicker. Taking pizzas and beverages to the beach for the random kids there. ...

but most of the time is not random, it is actual and active volunteering

At our Aldi a few weeks ago, a lady was almost in tears when she saw eggs at $4.97 a dozen. I gave her a $5 bill and told her to buy her eggs as a gift.
