Can you get a handicap sticker if you’re color blind?

I just came from the optometrist office and apparently I can’t see certain colors or my brain mixes them or something

I'm color blind. Unlikely that you'll get a placard for that unless your doctor wants to bend the rules. Those placards usually go to folks with a disability that involves walking, etc. But you could try. It'll be uphill.

I looked online and it said that colorblindness counts as a form of blindness so I figured it would technically count as a disability

Talk to your doctor, but that’s very dangerous man when stopping at red lights that’s a big problem

Those spaces are for people with physical disabilities. Unless you have some issue with walking, you don’t need such a thing.
