#1 - Early '50s Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing

#2 - Late '80s BMW M3

#3 - Current Mercedes-Benz AMG GT R

#4 - '22 or '21 BMW M5 CS

#5 - '21 or '22 Audi RS 6 Avant

#6 - '15-Current Porsche 918 Spyder

#7 - It's a hideous Apollo and I don't care that I don't know specifically what that thing is.

#3 is my favourite and may be an Mercedes AMG or something.

I think #6 is a Porsche Carrera GT, the last one is an Apollo something, #5 is a new Audi A3 model and #4 is a BMW M3 or M4 (I'll go with M3).

No idea about the first one (probably from the last 50s to 60s), but I think the second one is some old BMW or VW, some mid 80s to 90s version is not.
