I average 30 concerts a year primarily rock & metal shows and I have not seen it as much. Also, there is the German metal band Rammstein and Til Lindemann, the lead singer asks women to lift their tops to see their breasts. He does this right before they play
"Dicke Titten" which is translated to big boobs. Most women do not do this but there is always that one with the tiniest of tits that does it. Also during Mardi Gras women flash for plastic beaded necklaces.
