Unless you will have buddies over all the time, most likely a Pinball machine. See also a video game console, although darts by yourself works too.

Bowling? Now that's a rich man's mancave! Although for socialization, to say nothing of cost, it would be better to support your local bowling alley. You might even meet characters like this:

You don't have the space for bowling, and are unlikely to have the space for a full size pool table or for table tennis. Foosball, darts, and pinball don't require much space.

I would say air hockey. That game can get intense, and you can have more fun if you get glow in the dark pucks.

Foosball and air hockey has to have 2 people to be played. Don't need a lot of room
Pool table needs at least 7' lenght × 3.5' wide plus room to move around and use a pool cue
Ping pong can be played by yourself if you have a wall to hit the ball off of but is mainly played with 2 people.
Darts doesn't need much room and can be played by yourself but is more fun with another person.
Bowling alleys require a lot of room and a lot of money. You will need 2 lanes, pines, mechanism for setting the pines, mechanism for ball return, electronic scoreboard, equipment to maintain the lanes etc.
Pinball is always played by yourself.

I like air hockey the most, but foosball and darts would be cool too. It depends on how much space you have available and how much you plan to spend.

Pool for sure. There's so many different games that can be played. I prefer 9 ball, just because the game doesn't end as quick as 8 ball.

Easier to have... relations... on a pool table/while playing. On top of a pinball could be damaging.
