Yes and no. I own some foreign films such as:
- A handful of Chinese fighting movies such as Jet Li's Fearless
- Riding Alone For Thousands of Miles (Japanese and Chinese)
- City of Lost Children (French)
- Pan's Labyrinth (Spanish)
- Das Boot (German)
- Battle Royale (Japanese)
- Memories (Japanese)
I don't like watching films like that with English dub over it like I do animated films (except animated Memories was never dubbed).
Anything anime has to be dubbed unless I absolutely have no choice.

I prefer dubbed for anime, especially because I usually don't look at my TV screen 100% of the time when watching TV. I haven't watched a lot of anime, so I've not yet encountered one that had a truly awful dub. In those cases, I guess I would go for sub.
For live action movies, I don't watch them often, but when I do, I prefer subbed. Dubbed just feels weird with actual people on the screen.
Usually in the original language, and with subtitles if i am not fluent in that language.

I prefer watching anime subbed (with subtitles). I don't mind reading what I'm watching, not to mention when they dub most anime, the voices just don't sound as good as the original... at least in my opinion.
