Quite often, in shows like, "The Outer Limits" or, "The Twilight Zone", the villain wins. In "The Prisoner", Number 2 almost always wins! There's a couple episodes where Number 6 wins, especially the last two. I think there's also a few episodes of, "Danger Man" where the villain wins.

For me, the greatest tv show where the villain wins is Mortal Kombat. Shao Khan, kills Liu Kang, Johnny Cage, and imprisons Raiden.
