How often do you quote or refer to movies, TV shows, videos, or songs? Do people get your references?

Mine are definitely dated. Some from the 60's when I was a kid. Some are from old movies that go as far back as the 1930s. A lot are from 1970s and 80s movies and TV. Not many after that, especially after 2002 when I stopped watching TV entirely.

I do use pop cultural references a lot. Some lines are timeless.

Hardly anyone, but the references aren't exactly old. Just don't have any people around me who has never played video games or watched the same things I have.
