What do you think of people that attack performers at concerts?

Lately Pink, Bebe Rexha, and Kelsey Ballereni have been attacked by fans at concerts. One threw a phone at Rexha and she had to have stitches. Why are people being so unruly?

There are sick people everywhere, and they act out at venues where they think this kind of behavior might be supported by their group of friends or associates. In "mobs" there is mob behavior, that would never occur if these people were alone.

Also at concerts people are often drunk or high on drugs and also behave differently than they would if sober and alone.

There is the additional idea that giving someone's mother's ashes is a gift of honor: My mother loved you! Not an inappropriate invasion of the performer's privacy. Often boundaries are blurred under the influence of drugs, groups, overexcitement.

Plus there's been acceptance of bizarre inappropriate behaviors not seen in the past. More of the same. Those who've been overstepped have to reassert what's correct. Arrest phone throwers and others who throw objects, slap singers on stage. They need jail time and therapy and to get sober.

The woman who gave Pink her mom's ashes may have been in serious grief, which does make people do strange things. I'd act with compassion in that case alone. The others? No excuses.

Absolutely ridiculous and just ruins the fun experience for everyone else. I read an article that said the phone thrower that hit BeBe did it as a "joke" because they wanted to see if they could actually hit her. Well, congrats! You succeeded... and injured her in the process. She should press assault charges on them. There is no reason to behave like that at all. Go to the show and enjoy the music. Why cause a scene? There's no reason to rush the stage or throw things at the performer (s). If you don't like the show, leave. There's no reason to risk harming someone.

They probably view females as easier targets. They are probably afraid a male performer would come off stage and kick their butt. I'd suggest way more security. Toss out anyone acting like a fool.

I don't know why people are such assholes. I never heard of Rexha before but the person that threw them phone needs to bectried for assault because that is exactly what it was. Maybe the audience could start a civil suit against the guy because he ruined the show for them

Douchebags! I went a Beastie Boys concert back in the day and some a**hole in the crowd pelted them with quarters. So this is nothing new. But the people who do that are douchebags. I loved how that one person said they threw thier phone to get a picture take. Even if that were true like the performer has the time to do that for every fan in the middle of a concert. C'mon use your head. Exercise better judgement.
