I've not very coordinated physically. Today I was in a very wide room and tried to throw my clothes into the laundry basket and I missed. I'm the type of person that might miss 50% of the shots when I try to get the basketball into the basketball net so I doubt I could ever be a talented or even basic surfer able to float on the water for any amount of time at all.

We've got an artificial surfing lake which is pretty dumb for a country with plenty of real surf beaches. You can also surf up the river Severn for miles on the tidal bore.

But despite seeing countless surfers almost daily I've never actually had a go myself.
