I'm from Australia so I don't know the full story. From reading a news articles online. It sounds like he has only just come forward in 2023 to make these claims. If this is true, I question why he waited all this time to speak up. I question if he blew through all of his 34 million he made from playing football and this is the real reason he is now only coming forward.
When it comes the parents. I feel they themselves were entitled to some of the money, as that movie was also about them and not just about him.
I'm only basing my opinion on 1 news article I saw online.
That is a very good point. When the money is flowing nobody complains. It's only when the money starts to dry up. But they did say he didn't discover it was just a conservatorship till this year. I get just trusting your family. But considering the money that was at state I have a tough time fathoming that his agent wouldn't have said SOMETHING.
I have no idea who they are. 🤷♀️
