This question is the most difficult question that's been thrown my way today :(

The ant arc of hunter x hunter is chef's kiss as soon as Meruem joins the cast.

Naruto is the longest anime I have watched, Naruto Shippuden * and I am happy I did. Hesitant about starting Boruto, I don't think I will.

Attack on Titan is a masterpiece when it comes to character development, looking at Eren. I saw a picture of the titans and thought, cool a take on a giant fairytale. I was Not ready. This could be my favorite one.

As I wrote that previous line... Haikyuu rejoined the chat. A volleyball anime, but so well done, satisfying moments. I teared up during some moments, and got chills, goosebumps. I really love this anime.

I could keep going but thinking about it it's probably Haikyuu, so far. This long answer was just me thinking out loud.

It might be Demon Slayer but Jamm, some of the Pokemon movies are absolute throwbacks for me and I think my favorite of them all is probably Destiny Deoxys.

Series? I’m most familiar with ones by Clamp. It’s difficult to find a place to watch anime in good quality for free, though.
