Should Christopher Nolan reboot the Terminator franchise?

If given the opportunity, could Christopher Nolan save the Terminator franchise?

ScreenRant published an article making that case and I very much agree! He's good with the balance of action and intelligence, the realism, and the dark and subtle humor akin to Terminator 2.

What are your thoughts? Would a Nolan/Terminator film work and would you see it?

No. COME UP WITH A NEW IDEA. The Prestige was a new idea (well, mostly), so it's obvious that Nolan can do it.

There hasn't been a good Terminator movie since 1991, and hasn't been a good Terminator game since 1995. It's time for something new.

If that's really too much to ask, then go whole hog and do a crossover with Planet of the Apes.

When was the last time anyone "saved" a dying franchise and it wasn't just pure gaslighting?

The Terminator story ended after Terminator 2. Everything else has been fan fiction, and frankly it should just be put to rest at this point. If Christopher Nolan wants to make a robot themed dystopian franchise, it should be something new.

The Terminator franchise can't be saved. What they should do is leave it alone and make an original movie. They've tried multiple times with the franchise with the most promising being salvation but bad writing f*cked it. Genesis looked good in the trailer but like a lot of big blockbusters these days they make an awesome trailer and forget about the rest of the movie, even cute little Emilia Clarke couldn't save it. Dark fate was a shit show, it was like a whole different franchise with the terminator title and a mega woke agenda

Who would replace Arnie back in the day we thought ROCK would do it , but now he's getting to old and he played in so man movies shitty and good, like nobody wants to keep seeing him but then again I don't know maybe people would still watch based off the fact it's the Rock lol
