This book right here:  This shit changed my life when I went through this really miserable breakup just before the pandemic started. I was legitimately having the worst year of my life; my career was in the toilet, my friends from college had abandoned me, my ex and I had the kind of breakup the screamo musicians write about.  This book takes a clinical approach to identifying and processing the mental blockages from childhood that cause people to act the way they do.
