I feel like anger should be part of this list in terms of berserk lol. But seriously I feel the elements system from avatar is pretty fleshed out, while others are more abstract, ie ki

Anger is more of a Guts thing than a Power system.. But interesting choice.. Elements is the most limiting power system but they're all abstract, and I would say Nen is the most fleshed out.. But also the most complex..

Alchemy. Fullmetal alchemist is the only franchise I know of where their hard magic system is a form of science and is more or less backed up by chemistry.

Oh, yeah Alchemy is a good one.. Should've put that and Chakra instead of The Force, and just Magic.. Although, Alchemy was a real thing, just not as magical as in FMA..

Alchemy was the foundation of chemistry as we know it, yes. But alchemy was also kind of insane in its details. Alchemy as it is in fma is not at all like it was for us not just because it didn’t work but because it’s not nearly as religious
