I have not heard Jackson C. Frank in like forever. Jackson C. Frank was around a long time. My roommate in college had his album. It was produced by Paul Simon when he lived in England. His girlfriend was Sandy Denny and he was part of the folk scene in the late 60s ,. He suffered from mental illness and came back to the US and probably recorded Tumble in the Wind to try and revive his career. This was the song that I remember.
