Probably Skyfall of those listed.
What really appealed to me about the Daniel Craig Bond was that his character actually had some humanity to him, and his character was not just the resident wisecracking one-man-army superhero of MI-6 that Sean Connery, Roger Moore, etc. were. He actually needed the support of the rest of the MI-6 team: "M" (Judi Dench, almost always a good actress) and "Q" (Ben Whishaw) had more prominent supporting roles as a result, and Miss Moneypenny (Naomie Harris) went from just being the desk job secretary at MI-6 to being a junior field agent in her own right.
Only the first one was really good (albeit a bit too long). The rest - seemed to me - more like cookie cutter movies, baked with the same recipe.
Skyfall was amazing. Casino Royale and No Time to Die were his only other watchable Bond films
Quantum and Spectre were too boring to finish
I enjoyed Skyfall most.

Quantum of Solace
Skyfall
Spectre
everybody says Skyfall so I'll go with that. I never made it past Casino Royale, so I have no clue. I couldn't take the, uh, torture scene. 🤣
