Debating going out to a tribute alone, but not sure whether I should or not?

So there's a linkin park tribute act in aug and my bestie who I'd go to these things with is on holiday that week. So now I'm debating on whether or not to still go. They're my favourite band and was originally the one I was planning on being my first gig before Chester 😵 rip, so the chance to see what it could have been like would be absolutely awesome. But at the same time the idea of being a loner at a small venue (maybe 50-80 people) is a bit of a scary thought.

What would you do in this situation?

I'll admit when I went to see an iron maiden tribute in the same venue, I felt like I was in my own world singing to the music. I had to check myself to make sure I wasn't ignoring my friend, but that was only on the songs I really loved. And it was really great to have her there with me too.
