The longest word I know and use regularly is Floccinaucinihilipilification.

It is made up of 4 Latin words Flocci Nauci Nihili and Pili all meaning an act of estimating something as useless.

When put together the meaning is the same, but it is in the Oxford English Dictionary..

Not THE longest, but I admit, I would have to look that one up first.. this is all from pure memory.
