I can recite Jabberwocky by Lewis Carroll flawlessly. I never let myself forget that one as it properly embodies the sort of chaos I thrive on.

When I was a kid I used to go around chanting Ducks Ditty by Kenneth Grahame, and can still manage a fair bit of it, though not well.
So too I used to be able to recite The Tyger by William Blake, but lost interest when someone explained the line about the lamb to me (I hate religious nonsense).
I can also manage at least a verse or two of Do not go gentle into that good night by Dylan Thomas... though the whole thing is a bit unwieldy and I never made any real effort to memorise it. Same with The Raven by Edgar Allen Poe.
Sometimes I figure I ought to force myself to memorise them again... but it isn't like being able to do so is even an issue most of the time.
