I believe that your question has been placed in the wrong topic. A leotard, as far as I know is a piece of clothing and not so much entertainment or art, unless it has been painted over by a famous artist.

Thus, you should have placed your question in the "Fashion & Arts" topic instead of "Entertainment & Arts"

If you buy a piece of clothing that is cheaply made, you will obviously have malfunctions like seams that come apart or holes. That is unfortunately what happens when clothing is manufactured in 3rd. world countries where children that are paid less than $1/day must work like slaves to produce mass cheap clothing.
