Saint Marie was a fictional island in the Caribbean where the BBC series "Death in Paradise" is set.

Which leaves, ESWATANI. Formerly known as "Swaziland", the "Kingdom of Eswatini" is a small landlocked nation sandwiched between Mozambique and South Africa. It is one of the world's last remaining absolute monarchies.

I just chose Kamistan because there are a barrel load of stans.
