Why do directors keep making high school shows?

Like why do the keep sexualizing high schoolers? Why not make shows about college then if they want to make the girls sexy the do college tv shows.

The sexualization of the west is a whole essay in and of itself on the standards of the nation and how this media influences its audience which in turn continues to further these standards in a very unfortunate cycle of patriarchal sexism. But there’s nothing wrong with making shows and movies about these very influential times in a person’s life. Sometimes it’s so influential some people never mentally grow past who they were at 15, for others it’s when they experienced these big milestone moments that influenced who they became as adults, and sex is part of being a teenager. While the actors themselves are rarely the same age as their characters (lots of 20-somethings playing as 16 and all) I can agree that the idea of sexualizing the concept of teenhood exclusively for entertainment purposes is a little gross.

Do you have any sources for your nonsense or do you just like yo generalize and not back it up? Your Xper level allows you to post links so why don't you do it. I think we would all appreciate some sources that support your claim. I have not seen doctors sexualize anyone. I'm pretty sure in the US here it is a crime. Again that is why it is important to provide sources to back up such allegations. Sure there have been cases of doctor misconduct against girls. I can think of one very prominent case but he is an outlier of what you are trying to say by using the very vague generalization of "doctos". I suspect no doctor that respects his or her patients would appreciate you lumping them in with the very small group that have done what you claim.
