He will be turning 99 in 2024. He has definitely lived longer than a lot of other celebrities and ordinary people. He is not as popular now compared to the 1960s though.

Sure. He was a great comedic actor.
I used to watch the Dick Van Dyke show. Mary Tyler Moore played his wife. I was a great show with a great cast.
He co-starred with Julie Andrews in Mary Poppins.
He was in lots of other movies, too.
Your welcome
Yes, he had his own TV show long time ago with Mary Tyler Moore, is maybe best known for his role in Mary Poppins movie as the chimney sweep, and he has appeared in many other TV shows during his life.

Yep. One of the most famous American entertainers and actors of his time. I had both Mary Poppins and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang on VHS as a kid, and I recall the Dick Van Dyke show playing reruns on the TVLand channel too. I've probably seen him in other stuff as well and just forgotten about them.
Of course. Who hasn't seen Mary Poppins? I'm waiting for Disney's "live-action remake" of THAT, where the cartoons are real and the real people are animated.
As for me I have heard of Dick Van Dyke & his show is on all the time & I have binged watched it as well. Great show, great actor & more. As for me I’ll always know him from the movie Mary Poppins.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/UR4uLNFEauwHe has an amazing body of work. He had a classic TV show in the 60s, was in famous movies like Mary Poppins and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, when he got older he had his own show called Diagnosis Murder. If I m not mistaken he is still doing voice overs. I guess he used to be a big boozer so it is amazing he lived so long.
Yeah. When I was a kid, they would play reruns of his show everyday. I never watched it, but I would see it on the TV guide. My cousin from Poland was visiting and I would always mess with him because for "The Dick Van Dyke Show", the Tv guide could only fit the first two words, so I would ask my cousin if he wants to watch, "The Dick" LOL
Of course. Mary Poppens, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and of course the Dick Van Dyke show. Hell, my beard style is named after him (the Van Dyke).
He's still funny as hell, and Chim-Chimeny is still one of the best Disney songs.
Who hasn't heard or seen him... He's been around like forever... A brilliant actor, singer, dancer... You name it, he can do it.
I have heard of him. His name is sort of memorable in a lesbian having hetro sex way. A local TV paid a virgin lesbian to have hetro sex and do a review on it a while back. When I heard the name I associated.
Happy Birthday, Barbara Eden and May you have many more !!!
Of course! I watched some diagnosis murder as a kid, and saw him in a lot of different movies and guest starring in other shows too. Haven't heard about him in a while though.
Have known of him since i was a kid as parents would watch reruns of the Dick Van Dyke show and the Carol Burnett shows. Have seen all of his A+ movies and he is a wonderful actor.
Dick Van Dyke and Mary Tyler Moore in the Dick Van Dyke Show.
Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poppins.
I have heard of him but I’ve never watched any of his shows. I know he played a doctor in one of them.
Of course. I grew up watching Diagnosis: Murder, and remember him in Mary Poppins.
yes of course. haven't thought about him in awhile and didn't know he was almost 99. i actually didn't think he was still alive
Yeah. Just bc you were born yesterday doesn't mean everyone was...
Yes. I used to love his show from the 1960s.
Yes. He was in Mary Poppins and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Did you know that Julie Andrews, who played Mary Poppins was offered the role of Truly Scrumptious?
The first time I heard of him was on Family Guy.
So he's like a male betty white, hopefully he will exceed 100
She lived to 99
Everyone has heard of him, he's on all the old shows.

If someone hasn't they've been living under a rock.
