Do you hate spiders?

Question

I was playing Hogwarts legacy (bought second hand so the terf didn't get my money) and usually I'm fine with spiders and it's not that big of a deal but boy they creeped me out so I played the rest of the game on arachnophobia mode

Of All the Bugs in this World I am  Creeped out only by spiders.  i hate spiders..  I as a kid used to have a NIGHTMARES.. that a HUMAN size spider is coming to fight me.. it's walking on 8 legs towards me.. We begin Fighting , It comes to attack walking on back 6 legs, with front 2 Legs to attack me.. I grab the 2 Legs with 2 hands and we are both struggling to pin other one down. Right in that moment Spider Says to me.  "I need only 4 Legs to stand".  I  look at the spider as it Lifts it's Second from front pair of Feets which are sharp as a Sword somehow. I yell, "This isn't Fair, I only have 2 Hands, to fight." .. Then the spider 🕷️ Proceeds to Stab me with Sword like Legs , right into my Belly and chest.. like 12-15 Stabs very Fast,  Stainless steel Sword  like Legs go throw me.. and I die.. or Usually wake up from Nightmare..  I even Hate the Spider 🕷️🕷️🕷️ Emoji😱😱 I even Hate LUCAS THE SPIDER , Even though he is super cute.

I don’t hate then as such and I’m not really scared of them. I do however get all eww yucky if there is one on me. The last week I’ve been visiting friends and I’ve spent the week pretty much sofa n floor surfing. Woke up a few times with a big spider trying to get up close n friendly walking over me. Getting sleep after that is meh. At home my cats keep them in the shadows. Admittedly this is England and it’s not exactly huge exotic monsters you get else where. I do tend to follow some old advice lol

I like them very much. And I love spider man too 😂 They’re the friendliest of neighbors. Except any venomous ones. 👍  Don't usually tolerate those. Only non venomous. 💯

Don't hate them, but don't like them too much either. We have spiders here bigger than your hand, so you just get used to them after a while.

No, I do not hate spiders. Having watched their activities, way of life, and how they adapt themselves to their environment, I'm rather admirative. Not to mention their high utility as bug catchers. In some places of my home their are some house spiders, and I leave them in peace as much as possible. If they're that big, it means they find food in the form of mosquitoes, flies and other bugs... Actually spiders have a beauty of their own. If you're able to forget your fears, and take time to observe them, you'll understand that.

I love those little things though, particularly tarantulas I am fond with and only those I would pick up sometimes

I wish I could be reasonable  and say I don't hate but... Some instinct kicks in when presented with a spider. On a surface level I  appear unimpressed, just lies really .

yes! they always make an appearance at the most "awkward" times for me and I don't like it. And the way they don't think twice about crawling or jumping onto people is just crazy. But I love the HP spiders. Maybe because I know they can't get me. lol

I consider them more a nuisance really. they keep building their annoying webs on my car at night and sometimes ill unknowingly walk right in one.

No. They trap and kill other insects that I hate much more. It's a trade off. The itsy bitsy spiders or the goddamed mosquitoes and flies. I choose spiders. They hardly even move, let alone bother me.

Only the big, ugly ones or poisonous/venomous ones. The others don't bother me, especially if they do what they're supposed to do - catch bugs and eat them!
