The 1995-2002 incarnation of The Outer Limits was generally very good although the original had some good creepy episodes as well.

Many episodes of the original The Twilight Zone were as well. I did enjoy some episodes from the later incarnations, but I am not as versed in them as I was in the original.

Another show on around the same time as the original TTZ was "One Step Beyond" which you did not include. It was on ABC from 1959 to 1961. Original TOL premiered on ABC in 1963 after "One Step Beyond". Original TTZ was on CBS from 1959 to 1964.

Definitely the Outer Limits but the original series, not the remake. They were classics

It used to be American Horror Story but they got really bad after season 3. I love the Haunting of Hill House and Bly Manor on Netflix. Hoping they make more of those.
