Jimmy LaFave released this in 2007. He died in 2017 so we cannot ask him but it is as if he wrote this song about the last 4 years and hopefully he would be happy to see that yes indeed we will get our country back again

Since he wasn't very old I believe that he was talking about the deviations to America that the Biden administration did to America.
He wanted his country back again just like all of us sane people.
