I wrote here elsewhere 🎎 Barbie (and potentially Ken).

I'm an Aussie, but Robbie just wasn't my choice for the Barbie movie. After all, when it was announced, I thought for sure a no name blonde or even a less common actress should be Barbie.

I can appreciate Gosling (or someone know) had to costar as a big name to "sell the movie" - to avoid a Power rangers "no name cast who didn't sell the movie so well" lol

So it's. Tough. Because I feel like I wanted a movie. And I then didn't like the end product and so skipped watching it. I do know of the story though lol 😆 so I didn't miss much

Both Hayden Christensen and Natalie portman same problem. The went from a Carrie Fisher princess Leia to a flat unbelievable performance of Natalie portman. Should have tried Keira knightly who did a decent job in pirates in a similar role. Plus she was the double for Natalie in the actual movie. Hayden was a product of the kid storyline from the 1st movie. His character would have been more difficult to recast but I am thinking anyone could have done a little better with that admittedly terrible dialog.

I did not like Anne Hathaway in Princess Diaries because her face is too flamboyant. I think they should have chosen a more typical looking model for the role and the guy she dated should have had a more memorable appearance in the movie. They chose actors you would forget in ten seconds because they are so low key and predictable.

Rebel Wilson in pitch perfect. Amy Shummer was in a movie called train wrecked that sucked. The only funny parts were the parts with John cena.

In my opinion, a memorable miscasting was Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice." Eisenberg's portrayal felt too quirky for the complexities of Luthor's character. I think someone like Bryan Cranston could have brought the intense and menacing presence required for such a mastermind villain. Cranston's experience in playing a powerful character like Walter White in "Breaking Bad" would fit perfectly with Lex Luthor's persona. 🎬

Not so much a casting decision although I guess it kind of is because it would swap the protagonist with Russel Crow, but Ridly Scot should have gone with his original Idea for gladiator 2. The new one is trash with so many historical fucks bad CGI and just frankly bullshittery. In the original Idea they had for gladiator 2 they were going to follow Maximus journey through the afterlife to be with his family and they planned to go deep into mythology.
