"The Dark Knight" is the best. Clearly so. Heath Ledger's performance was one for the ages. His Joker will not be topped.

However, when I was a kid, I loved the Batman movie based on the TV show.

I don't like any of the Batman movies. They are all too dark. I prefer the camp and fun of the 1960s Batman TV series starring Adam West as Batman and Burt Ward as Robin, which you can still see on some of the online and cable channels.
