Well right now it's "The East just isn't submissive to science" it's a song about Soviet - Afghan war.

Mean that you can't win a war agains't religious fanatic the way you win agains't a regular countries as the "science" logic of war don't apply to them. usually once you take the capital you win (example ww2 with Berlin once Berlin fell Allied officially won) in Afghanistan you can take Kaboul the war won't stop. Same with Algeria you can do what you want but the fanatic hide in the Moutain to shoot you so you cannot win against those. You kill 1 and 10 new appear, kid, old men, etc...
