Are these fantasy heroes too inhuman for an epic work of fiction?

I will reuse the heroes and villains from my "comic book" series that I had intended to publish, because I feel telling a single story in epic form is a better work of fiction. Here are a very brief introduction to many characters on the good alignment, and two characters on the evil alignment.

Brandon Fel

Time Bender. He is the title character I guess and the second-best swordsman in his home- town of Salidar.

Jonathan Tanner

He has no super-powers, but he is the best swordsman in the history of Salidar, and has won the Spring Festival Swords Tournament three years in a row and placed second in the fourth year, only Brandon has ever beaten him at swords, and then only one time by using his Time Bending.

Malia Hano

Healer/Telepath. She is Brandon's Fiance

Captain Rio Aso

Doppleganger. She is the Captain of the City Watch for the Academy. Her power is to clone herself multiple times and communicate across distance between the clones. She is the most trusted advisor to King Leonard XIII at the city of King's March, far to the Northwest of the Academy. This also makes her a Special Envoy to the Governors of each of the Six States in the Kingdom. She is also a 9th degree black belt in karate and kobudo, and fights with a pair of Sai.

Rayne Aso

Shadow Magic. She is the kid sister of Captain Rio Aso and lives in King's March. Her powers include Shadow Merge, Shadow Teleportation, and Shadow Speed. She is a fourth degree black belt in Karate and Kobudo. She fights with twin daggers.

Kristen Lentz

Water Elementalist. She too lives near King's March on a Wizard's Island in a caldera. Her powers include complete control over water at every level from molecular up to ten thousand tons, and the ability to shape shift into any phase of water.

Aria Star

Miracle Summoner. Not to be confused with Aria Stark. She is a reality warper and a summoner capable of summoning up to 10,000 tons of life forms to fight for her. She doesn't know her limits yet

The main villain is initially thought to be a male evil Elf called "The Necroseer". The plot is actually set in the distant future on a colony planet named Tryast Seven. Here, future humans have crash-landed on a planet in a state of civil war between the Dark Elves and the Sun Elves. Here humans have lost most technology to the past. They have struggled to exist and thrive for several thousand years before the main plot begins to unfold. By now, humans have also evolved several forms of Magic.

Legion
Ability Thief. Shadow Magic.
Unknown to the reader, Legion is the evil father of one of the heroes, but he is the servant of the Necroseer. His goals are his own, and he would rather betray his Master than serve him. Legion believes he can become powerful enough to slay the Necroseer and become the new Dark Lord of the Elves.
