Should I watch Snow White on Disney plus?

I'm debating whether I should watch it because I heard it's really bad but I have nothing else to watch.

Is it worth the watch for those that have seen it?

I watched it. An hour and 49 mins I wish I could get back. But at least I got to watch it for free. For those that have not watched it, I wouldn't unless you just want to watch it with a young loved one but the movie did not do the original justice at all.

Nearly everything Disney does is trash, but live action remakes are at the top of the trash heap. Plus it was a woke girl-boss movie, which is always trash.

Hollywood used to know how to make female led movies that kicked ass WITHOUT simply writing them as a man, but that can't happen anymore, ESPECIALLY at Disney, because they have so many woke activists that think writing women as men is what makes a strong woman. It's trash, and we've all seen it way too many times already.

Ellen Ripley, Sarah Connor, Buffy, Leloo, Seline from Underworld, and so many more awesome female leads were all still WOMEN, and everyone loved them. No one wants to watch perfect, no-struggle super women who are 90 pounds and can kick a 200 pound man through a window. And no one wants a Snow White who "dreams of being the leader she knows she can be."

Your update is about what I was going to suggest. If you can watch it for free, since you already pay for the subscription, go ahead and watch it. The benefit of watching a streaming service at home is that you can just turn it off. I'm surprised you watched the whole thing, but then again, you now know why it was treated so badly.

It’s a disney remake. I have no doubt that it’s not a “bad” movie in the sense that it’s objectively terrible, it’s mid most likely. A movie made to entertain kids while parents do other stuff. You’ll probably find things to laugh at if you really want to look at it, but ultimately it’s likely going to be a forgettable flick. Nothing special, but nothing particularly good or bad either.

I do not pay for that woke disney plus either. I watched Captain America:Brave New World this morning and it was good. Better than I expected.

All the disney remakes of their animated classics have been box office bombs. I guess the movie had to be redone because it was so bad. The original version had the seven dwarfs as real people and not CGI's. I thought it was the Village People.

Well, Disney movies, what can I say... I can't really appreciate anything, everything is so naive all the time, I can't relate, I never can. The only one I didn't find forgettable is Wall-E. Thanks to its social commentary. Otherwise. No. Disney, no. I'm really not the right audience for them.
