I just watched it. It was beautiful, emotional and action packed. I haven't felt that much hope from a movie in years, it made me smile, tear up and disgusted by the evil people in the movie. It hit hard, a lot of similarities between the movie and what's happening in the real world right now.
Highly recommend watching it. This movie has reignited my love for DC... I can't wait to see more from the DCU. What a treat of a movie 🥹🥹🥹

I haven't seen it. But I don't see it topping Man of Steel. Then again, I never wanted to give Henry Cavill a chance because I grew up on Christopher Reeve's Superman. So maybe this new Superman will win me over. One things for certain this movie does SEEM to be a departure from previous DC movies which in my opinion have been unnecessarily dark.
Superman in this is EXACTLY how he should he, he acts like a human being and has emotions. He cares about people and he's powerful at the same time. Genuinely perfect
I was the same, never cared about Superman. This movie changed my mind and even made me like DC again. Superman is incredible in this! He actually comes across as human instead of just a powerful alien

I'm commenting here as that movie is added to my list few weeks ago and thank you for reminding me that I still haven't seen it! I'll watch it soon as I always enjoyed DC but more than Marvels. I'll let you know what I think when I finish watching it.

That dictator dying in the movie was very satisfying when he's pretty much the equivalent to Netanyahu who's actively causing a genocide and starvation in Gaza. Thousands have died and are still being killed, regular civilians and children are being killed by that horrible dictator. So yes, f Israel. I'm glad Superman had an equivalent to it.
