My AI would be female, and have shoulder length blonde hair, with a fringe. I'd dress her in blue jeans, and dark sweater with a splash of colour here and there. I'd put a gold ring on her left hand, and she'd wear slip shoes with no backs.

I'm sure the real person would be much nicer. 🙂
