Paladin for pen and paper JRPG game. Is this too complicated for noobs?

Paladin

A holy avenger who combines physical might with Divine power. Paladins are tough enough to front line, but also know Divine magic capable of supporting the Battlefield.


HP: 10

Armor: 2

Attack: 2d6 (Hammer, Orthogonal Only)

Primary Attribute: Intelligence


Spells


Divine Might

For the next 3 rounds, your Hammer attacks do +2d6 damage per attack. Activate this ability as a Free Action and only once per mission.


Divine Shield

For the next 3 rounds, your Armor gains +3. This can't increase Armor beyond 5. Activate this ability as a Free Action and only once per mission.


Holy Bolt

Hits a target enemy or ally. If an ally is struck, they are healed by 1HP. If an enemy is struck, they take 1 damage. Undead take 2 damage instead.


Bolt of Judgment

Deals 4 Lightning damage to a target Unit. They may make a Dexterity Check at difficulty 8 for half damage. Then all nearby allies and foes are struck by a Holy Bolt.


Healing Hands

Target ally is healed by 5HP.


Divine Resistance

You become immune to magical damage for the next 3 rounds. Activate as a Free Action.


Redemption

For the next 10 rounds, when you deal damage to a Monster, you gain that much life. This can't increase your life total beyond the usual maximum.


Concentration

For the next three turns, your physical attacks can't miss. Activate as a Free Action.


Grace

You resurrect one dead ally with 1HP.


Conviction

Target creature's attack is reduced by -1d6 and armor is reduced by -1 for the remainder of the mission.

Do you guys think this is too complicated, or about right? The game is for ages 12 and up.
