Is this Summoner too powerful and too complicated for a pen and paper JRPG board game?

Summoner

She relies on Animals and Magic to control the Battlefield. Arguably the most powerful of the heroes, the Summoner is not to be taken lightly on the Battlefield.

Attack: 1d6 (Wand, Ranged)

Primary Attribute: Intelligence

The Summoner may only control one Summoned Creature at a time.
