If your book you Were Writing, Turned Haunted around a Child’s experience, What one line Would describe it Best?

Scary!
My true story is this.
I was only about 2 or 3 and I was put to bed in the dark, and in a sort cage that I couldn't climb out of.
I had fallen asleep, but I awoke in the dark and alone.
I could hear ghostly noises, and I was sure the house was haunted.
Fortunately whatever it was didn't come into my room.
I was 9 or 10 before I stopped believing in ghostly things that go bump in the night in the dark, or going upstairs alone, not knowing what supernatural forces I might confront.
Or have I stopped believing?
I confronted my much older siblings recently, and they denied any spooky tricks.
I've never asked my Dad, but he might have been the one making the ghostly noises, or was the house actually haunted?
I wrote a book when I was in my early twenties. Turned out to be a great reflection on mental health and childhood trauma.
"The shadows whispered secrets of the past, as young Alex unraveled the chilling mysteries hidden within the creaking walls of the old haunted house. 📚👻"

Her terror darkened when she peeked from her hiding place and saw her big stuffed bear was now sitting , blocking the door its pretty pink button eyes glowing fiercly.
