I believe a better example is telling someone that you have training for an job compared to I have experience in said job?

What was your training? Was it actually for that job?

What's your experience in that job? Hands on or you watched YouTube Videos or you were on a job site where it was performed and you saw how it was done but never did it or actually got trained in it.
