Truth vs Lie. Which one comes easiest to you?

I can lie very well if I really have to, learnt that the hard way when I really had to. But the trutu in normal comes easiest. Being truthful is my default, I only lie if I have no choice. Which in my case was a law that forced me to get along with an employer that was actively screwing me and harming me at the time. But had they been able to fire me for a conflict I would have had no ability to heal, no more income, my life would have been ruined permanently. So there I managed to completely fool everyone, I beat HR at their own game. Saw right trough their BS but pretended not to notice. Beat them at their own game and forced them to reveal their true nature. All with a smile and getting along, but really fuck em they treat their employees like disposable machines.

The only ones I seem to have developed a habit of lying to are my parents and interviewers. Parents to get myself out of unnecessary consequences or lectures. And interviewers to get a job.

What's your greatest weakness? I work too hard. (Yeah right)

Etc.

There's no point in lying to anyone else that I see. I believe honesty is a virtue and try to live my life as honestly as I can.

That one what is more useful in specific situation.
I don't have any moral limits that prevents me from lying but in other hand my mind doesn't value opinion of other about me that much. I don't lie if there is no benefit for me. Deception of others doesn't give my any satisfaction, that's why I do lie just for gratification of my ego like half of my friends do.

Truth because a lie takes work and consideration and is premeditated so it's not honestly you presenting yourself and or considering the significant other is not given your full attention only what you are will8ng to give to get what you want out of the relationship not mutually concerned about thier needs being taken in to account

Like I’ve said before in answer to your questions, my morality and ethics are flexible and situational.

I can and have done both and worse with no remorse in service of a goal which is basically to do the right thing in the grand scheme of things.

Telling the truth is much easier than lying. When you lie, you have to remember what you said and tell the same lie in the future. With truth, just always tell it like it is.
