Do you prefer receiving the unfiltered truth, even if it's uncomfortable or painful? Having complete transparency allows you to make your own choices.

Alternatively, would you rather be continuously fed lies despite dropping hints about knowing the truth? When you reach a point of being fed up with the deception, how do you typically react?

Unfiltered truth, absolutely. Lying to me will get neither myself or you anywhere. Give me the truth. How you see me, how you see things, whatever the situation might be. How am I going to learn anything new if I am lied to? I'll just keep doing the same as I have been and nothing will change.

Unfiltered thruth allows me to make informed decisions, and pain is just a part of life. The problem with lies is that at some point, You can't really tell whether any given piece of data You receive is true or false. If I'm not sure of the authenticity of my picture of the situation, I either tend to take less risky, more conservative decisions or refrain from action completely.
