I don't get obsessed. In the past 5 years, I was busy clearing up my workload so that I could leave my company and start enjoying my retirement, which I am doing. I did get COVID-19, a mild case, a week after I was vaccinated against it. Who woulda thunk?

I haven't really recovered. I used to like to go to movies, theater, sports, restaurants, other events, traveling, and out with friends. Now doing any of that is rare.

After Covid simmered down, I started going on cruises. I has been a bit of an obsession. I've been on 9 in the last 2 years. The last one I was on, I came back sick. Not with Covid or the flu, but some other bug. Regardless, I have another cruise booked for February. LOL...

it's been longer than 5 years, but i do follow politics. not the stupid name calling and revenge drama. some of the drama is good, but it has no business in politics. but it's really opened my eyes as to what is going on and why things happen. you see how the game of politics is played and it's infuriating, but i'd rather know than not.
