That's tough because I don't believe I've had enough life yet. Work well retirement from one to another so maybe not too much yet just of a certain type of work so 30 years..

Relationships wow only ever had enough of lying and cheating. To the point not interested in anymore other the physical ones.

For me, “too much” is when something starts killing my creativity and peace of mind 😅

In work, it’s when I’m constantly exhausted and thinking about tasks even while watching a movie or painting. In relationships, it’s when I feel I can’t be myself or I’m always anxious. In life generally, it’s when I stop enjoying small things like a good film, a walk, or drawing. That’s my red flag. 🌸

@queenofcardio yeah unfortunately I had a female colleague who was around 65 and ready to retire and she literally said to me once, excuse me i have to move my bowels. I said good luck to her and then as she walked away from me I heard her say out loud... Why would I say that? Lol
