I just watched a Landstill vs a bad Stasis deck match, and the match ended in a 1-1 draw due to time out after an hour. The stasis deck lacked Howling Mines, lacked Rishadan Ports, and Lacked Propaganda. (Dumb in my opinion).
Here is a list I rebuilt from memory of how it is supposed to be played from 24 years ago:
4 Stasis
4 Black Vise
4 Howling Mines
4 Propaganda
4 Rescue
4 Counterspell
4 Foil
4 Thwart
4 Gush
2 Feldon's Canes
4 Rishadan Ports
4 Forsaken City
16 Islands
Because it's Stasis, it is safe to go above 60 cards in a 60 card format, which I'm just running 2 feldon's canes as normal.
Again, this is Pre-Modern format, which is a very similar format to what I used to play in a long time ago. This stasis deck hoses the hell out of "Landstill" and every other major deck, with the exception of the one I posted in the other thread a few hours ago. In fact, Gush was originally BANNED because of how strong it makes this Stasis deck.

That list is spicy nostalgia 😊 but in current Premodern it’s more “cute rogue” than Tier 1 monster.
You have a strong lock shell, but it’s slow, fragile to Disenchant effects, and folds to early creature pressure or combo. Landstill and The Rock pack tons of answers now. Also, no Brainstorm/Impulse/Portent makes consistency rough, and 4 Black Vise is weak vs low‑hand decks.
Fun, annoying, very playable at locals, but not a top competitive choice today.
Once again, the Bot does not know what it's talking about.
Howling Mine and Stasis keep the other player's hand FULL, and Black Vise kills them in 7 turns. Propaganda prevents opponents from attacking with creatures, and Rishadan Port taps opponent's lands down as they enter, so they can't save up untapped lands.
