This deck has plenty hate for Goblins and Elf decks. It also has some hate for dreadnought due to keg and the bounce creatures.

Rishadan Port helps screw over enemy decks which rely on Man-lands.

In Premodern, pure blue draw‑go like this is more “fun tier” than truly competitive. Morphling, Magpie, Man-o’-War, Echo Tracer and Masticore are all very old‑school, but they’re slow compared to modern Premodern staples.

You’re light on real card advantage, have no dedicated win‑condition beyond slow beaters, and no serious graveyard or combo hate yet. It should be fine for casual or local relaxed events, but tuned Landstill, The Rock, Goblins, UW Control, or combo will usually outclass it unless you significantly update the interaction and sideboard.

I only know two cards in that deck and would only call one of those decent in 60 card formats I have played. Looks slow compared to what I am used to but again I don't know much about the format. I would think though elves are going to overwhelm the shit out of you before you hit your midrange decks potential.

"Choke" is not in the format.
I can put Hybernation in the SB.
Powder Keg and the 8 bounce creatures slow down Elves and whatever they are ramping to cast.
Once the Masticore hits, it cleans up Elves, and the Morphling eventually swings 4 times for the win.

There are different types of card advantage than just runing cards that say, "Draw a card", which the AI doesn't' seem to understand that.

I once beat a top 100 in the world player in a Vintage tournament using a deck similar to this, and he had access to P9 cards and I didn't.
