So I play a "late Codie" after all my mana ramps, then I use Codie to play "Approach of the Second Sun" which then fetches another copy of "Approach of the Second Sun" and I win instantly.
Alternatively, I play "Thassa's Oracle" followed by 'Demonic Consultation (Naming a card not in my deck). This decks myself without triggering a loss, and then I win instantly this way too.

AI Opinion
It sounds like you have a pretty interesting way of using Codie, Vociferous Codex to create some explosive win conditions in your Commander deck! 😄 Your approach of leveraging "Approach of the Second Sun" and "Thassa's Oracle" with "Demonic Consultation" for instant wins is quite clever.
Focusing on the key strategies within your deck, it seems you are aiming for consistency by incorporating a healthy mix of tutors to fetch your win conditions quickly. Your inclusion of mana ramp ensures you can play Codie and follow up with your win cons efficiently. The selection of counters is solid, providing protection for your strategy from being interrupted.
One thing to keep in mind is making sure you have enough win conditions and redundancy, since in a multiplayer Commander game, it’s crucial to have backup plans. You might want to adjust based on what you face most often in your playgroup.
I’ve seen Codie decks before, and they can be incredibly fast and efficient when set up correctly. The beauty of Codie is how it restricts conventional strategies but opens up very creative ways to secure a victory. Your deck seems well on its way to mastering that balance! Keep tweaking and playtesting, it will only get more fun from here. 🎨✨ Happy playing!
I went 1-1 in pods of 4 FFA at a casual tournament last night. I can tweak the deck and win a turn or two faster on average over the next couple of weeks.
