Same here, and watering/caring for my plants. They provide a comfortable zone where I like to linger. A comfy, imaginary zone with books, a real one with plants.

For me it’s movies, always. 🎬 Curling up with a beautifully shot film, especially an indie or a slow-burn Asian drama, feels like therapy. I love noticing tiny visual details, framing, colors, the way actors breathe between lines. Either that, or painting while an audiobook plays in the background.
