Should I rewrite my comic to focus on two sister heroes only?

Rayne Aso and her sister, Rio Aso.

Rayne is the Shadow Teleporter who is also a 4th Degree Black Belt in Combat ju Jitsu.

Rio is able to multiply herself over and over, and I've written her as the older sister, so she is a 5th degree black belt in Combat Ju Jitsu (originally written as 9th degree in Ninjitsu).

Why I like this proposal:

Rayne can be the main character with Rio being the Sidekick, in spite of being older.

Rayne's Abilities:

Twice peak human in every physical attribute.

Teleportation.

Shadow Merge.

Shadow Shapeshift.

I decided with this model of storytelling, I can write all of my other would-be heroes as villains, giving even more variety of foes to be defeated.

What do you think of this idea?

The Arch-nemesis is still Tetra, the Telekinetic Mutant.

I already have a good idea of how to write the Tetra battles. The heroes should initially LOSE the first couple fights, so that it builds tension in the plot of the story. Tetra should be a major obstacle and threat, not just a cakewalk like some ordinary villain.
